Can we get an ETA on when you think 6.0 will be ready? A few weeks? A month or two? I don't mind waiting but I'd like to set my expectations accordingly.
Hmm I would like to give an estimate but since everyone on the team is working on the project on their own time (pretty much unpaid at this moment), I don't think I can give dates.
However, I can say that most of the content for 6.0 is 'done'. The art is drawn, just needs finishing and touching up. The scenes and script are written. We're at the polishing stage, basically. I post update posts and supporter only dev logs occasionally to show progress on the Patreon/Subscribestar so check those out if you're curious tho.

Late reply but to build anything for Mac/IOS, I would need to have a Mac and have an Apple developer subscription, which unfortunately, both I do not have. :P Maybe sometime in the future tho.
So I just now downloaded your game, stuck it in my Renpy folder, then went into Renpy and built a distribution for Mac on my Windows machine. I then transferred that version to my Mac and was able to get the game to work just fine. Granted, Mac does warn that it's an unknown developer but you can still open and run the game anyways, so just letting you know it is possible for you to make Mac distributions on a Windows machine - no sense in leaving out a whole group of potential players/supporters.
Anyways, looking forward to your next update, can't wait to see some mouse tiddies :)
Tbh, I like the game so far but I'm stuck, I can't interact with the things in the room so I'm just confused cuz I can't get past the part where I have to find books so I can start anything
I'm aiming for sometime next week or at the latest the week after that (so before the 31st). We're doing internal playtesting right now, checking for stuff like bugs/errors.
Members of our Patreon page will be getting it slightly earlier (as a little benefit) but everybody will be notified at the same time when it's out. :P

Hello. Just played through the teaser, and I liked it. I had a unexpected error at my first startup of the game though, also, a rollback option would be appreciated for those that want to undo a mistake and so forth.

That's coming in the next main version update (version 6.0), along with some more main story/side story stuff.

No Mac version? I'm assuming this is made in Renpy, would make sense to do a build for each system...

If so, that's the end of the game, for now. You'll be able to continue when the next update comes out.
This hasn't gotten an update in a whole year an the developer hasn't posted in 4 years on it that's pretty bad.
Well, stuff's been happening and we've been working on the game on our spare time.

The game is mostly a linear story, but you'll be able to pursue the many side characters along the way.

My antivirus seems to keep breaking it. unfortunately.
That's weird...? First I ever heard of a problem like this. What antivirus are you using? Maybe I can test it on my end too
Norton Antivirus 360. It seems to go just for the exe file.

I disabled rollback and forgot to turn it back on. Whoops.

I closed down the game when I got the error and booted it up again, and didn't get the error.
It's the result of some redundant code. (that I should've deleted). It's already fixed in the new patch! (Hopefully)
